What is a Hypertonic Pelvic Floor? Symptoms, Causes, & Solutions (PDF)

Women thinking about her health

If you’re like me, then you didn’t realize how important & amazing the pelvic floor is, until…

Something horrible happened.

When symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction crept in. Whether there were signs long ago, or the prolapse, pain, urinary or fecal incontinence appeared out of nowhere.

Regardless, it sucks. No one wants to be limited in life, and a prisoner of their own body. That’s certainly what prolapse felt like to me.

That was almost 3 years ago.

Today, I’m 100% healed. I have zero signs or symptoms of prolapse, I no longer feel depression, sex is no longer painful, but best of all I feel free, limitless, and ALIVE!

I’m thriving and I know this can be you too.

Let me teach you how in this FREE PDF about a hypertonic pelvic floor & how to heal it.

Why does hypertonic pelvic dysfunction matter?

Sadly, this is a common condition that women face. And it’s not just something that comes with aging. Women of all ages and all health scenarios can struggle with a hypertonic (tight, tense, contracted) pelvic floor at some point in their lives.

What’s even worse, is that the medical community is quick to say “have surgery, or just live with it – there’s nothing we can do.”

And they are often right. There is nothing they can do because they are not trained to teach women how to relax and reverse tension in their pelvic floor. This is not their specialty, it’s not part of their knowledge base.

Once we know and remember this, then it’s easier to know what to do.

We must find the people and the resources that will teach us how to heal a tense pelvic floor & create more flexibility, fluidity, and relaxation in these precious and vital areas of our bodies.

That’s why this topic matters, and that’s why I created a program at MoonRise (and wrote a helpful PDF guide) to assist and support women in their journey to better pelvic floor health.

For one, this guide is comprehensive, not fragmented like other bits and pieces of information you’ll find online.

Also, it talks about the anatomy & physiology of the pelvic floor, which explains why a tense, tight, and contracted (hypertonic) pelvis can occur. But, it’s written in a way that is straight to the point making it more digestible.
