Plus, you don’t have to drive to appointments or wait around in an office. Our programs and courses our on-demand, in an online format so you can watch the videos and listen to the audios anywhere there is an internet connection.
Our number one priority is your safety. This is why we ask you to complete an initial health assessment when you join our programs. Then we have our team of experts review your answers and make sure the methods and exercises we want to recommend are safe before we assign them to you.
Also, we know the methods and exercises included in our programs are effective based on scientific research, our personal experience using them, and the experience of women who have completed our programs and course.
