Pelvic Dysfunction Program

The ‘No Kegels’ System: Heal Pelvic Prolapse, Incontinence & other Pelvic Floor problems

The ‘No Kegels System’

Once, you hadn’t even heard of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD). Until one day:

  •  You couldn’t ignore the bulging anymore
  • You found yourself sitting for hours on the toilet trying to ‘go’
  • You couldn’t cough, sneeze, or laugh without wetting your pants
  • Something just stopped feeling right in your vagina or pelvis.
  • You felt unlike you – sexually, physically, or emotionally.
It’s frustrating. It’s upsetting. And the worst part is wondering if you’ll ever get better.

A program from women who have experienced and healed Pelvic Dysfunction:

Natural Methods

money-back guarantee.

You are NOT alone!

You are NOT alone!

Nearly 25% of women in the US alone experience moderate to severe Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD)1 That’s 41 million women!

By working with us, 93% of MoonRisers have reported a drastic reduction in NKS symptoms after 12 weeks along with other positive outcomes:

  • No more bulging or physical discomfort
  • A new and powerful mind-body connection
  • The ability to laugh again without fear of leakage
  • The urge to jump, run, dance, play
  • Joy in lifting your kids up without fear
  • Rediscovering pleasure in sex
  • Anxiety relief
  • Feeling like yourself again

For a complex medical issue that affects so many of us, Pelvic Dysfunction is massively under-studied by
the medical establishment, and natural treatment methods are usually overlooked.

In part, this is because its symptoms can seem quite general.5 But it echoes a larger problem of gendered negligence within the healthcare program.

Did you know that:

  • Women’s diseases are underfunded. (Men’s are overfunded!)
  • Women are routinely under- and incorrectly diagnosed11, 12
  • Women are believed to over-report health problems13
  • Women are offered invasive and expensive procedures and surgeries because of a deep-rooted emphasis on profit and status within the medical world.

The fact is, sadly, that solutions are few and imperfect. Until now.

How do I know I have Pelvic Prolapse?

According to the latest research, most women who have given birth have a grade 1 prolapse. A woman’s pelvis and pelvic floor is extremely changeable. It can shift form on a daily (sometimes hourly!) basis. For this reason any diagnosis given by a doctor might not be what you are experiencing in your daily life.

Some women want to understand from a physical standpoint if they have a prolapse. One way to figure it out would be to insert a finger inside the vagina. If there is tissue there that you are able to push upwards and sometimes to the front or the back, then a prolapse has probably occurred.

The most common things we get asked about Pelvic Dysfunction:

At MoonRise we believe everyone is capable of healing. Perhaps it isn’t something most of us have been brought up to believe. However, science shows that each and every single cell in the body is striving for homeostasis – optimal health*. Therefore, if we give the body what it needs, it will reach that optimal state. Our programs approaches the symptoms a woman is experiencing holistically with a 3-pronged approach:
  1. Body-based Practices
  2. Mind-based practices
  3. Lifestyle Management
We give you support through our coaches and community. We provide everything you need to be able to heal. Yet, you are the one who is responsible for your journey. In terms of patience and consistency, you are ultimately the one who takes action. In terms of believing you are healing, you are the only one who can really know if this is true for you. You are the one who has to do the work, no one else can do it for you. But we are with you every step of the way. *Goldstein, D. S. (2019). How does homeostasis happen? Integrative physiological, systems biological, and evolutionary perspectives. American Journal of Physiology-Regulatory, Integrative and Comparative Physiology, 316(4), R301–R317.

This is as you can imagine, very individual. Some women notice a change after 3-6 months. Some after 3-6 weeks. We know you are eager to reach better health, yet we see the best results in women not expecting to see results, but who keep doing the work no matter what.

“Things get worse before they get better”

We are transparent in our approach. That’s why it’s important you know that sometimes you might see a dip in improvement a few weeks into your journey with us. What’s happening is known as a “healing crisis”.

It’s temporary, and just your body’s natural response to detoxification1. Sometimes, it happens because of changes in your everyday routine, differences in expectations vs. reality, or even because of navigating a new coaching relationship!2, 3

While we’ll do whatever we can to keep you comfortable, if you experience a healing crisis, you might notice pain, fatigue, and in some cases, flu-like symptoms. Don’t worry though, as symptoms will lighten up once they climax, and disappear after the 7th or 8th week of your program.4

Yes! The NKS is built on 3 foundational pillars that work for all age groups. Our latest cohort’s average age was 63 and the median age was even higher. In short, women of all ages see results with the NKS.

The NKS can help with the following pelvic floor dysfunctions:

  • Cystocele
  • Enterocele
  • Rectocele
  • Uterine Prolapse
  • Vaginal Vault
  • Prolapse
  • Stress Incontinence
  • Urge Incontinence
  • Overflow Incontinence
  • Functional Incontinence
  • Mixed Incontinence
  • Diastasis-Recti
  • Pelvic Pain/Painful Sex/Lower Back Pain
  • Heaviness/Bulging/Chafing
  • Vaginal Gas/Wideness/Dryness/Abnormal Discharge
  • Fibroids/Cysts/Hemorrhoids
  • Diastasis Recti
  • Pudendal Neuralgia
  • Levator Ani
Yes! A hypertonic pelvic floor is an overactive, highly tensed pelvic floor. Doing more Kegels here would be detrimental since it creates more tension. While relaxation is the way to go, you would need to aim for a reflexive pelvic floor i.e. a pelvic floor that is strong, fluid & flexible. In other words, it supports your everyday life’s needs. The NKS helps you get there by decompressing the pelvic tension and helping you relax both within the pelvic area and the rest of your body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
You can think of the 12-week NKS as the beginning of your healing journey. It’s like the “kick-start” needed to guide you in the right direction. With that said, results are still possible during these 12 weeks, but if you don’t experience a complete reversal of symptoms, it doesn’t mean the methods aren’t working. It just indicates that your body is still adapting and adjusting to the exercises & methods, and likely needs a bit more time (and patience) before feeling significantly better. However, we can say that the majority of our students get results and improvements within the 12 weeks. And even better, they now have the tools and confidence to continue on their healing journey.
All the videos in the NKS come with a detailed list of contraindications. So, you’ll learn if there are any exercises or methods you should avoid. If ever in doubt, please consult your primary care doctor for clarification.

We partnered with women’s health coaches who are experts in their fields, to offer methods for a diverse range of symptoms and conditions. These experts midwives, doulas, physiotherapists, naturopathic doctors, pelvic health specialists, and more.

But, what makes them truly special?

They’ve all been where you’ve been! They had the disorder or condition they teach about. And they tried and/or created all the methods, exercises, and techniques they recommend. And they work with people all around the world helping them to become symptom-free.

Your purchase of the No Kegels System includes:

  • 12-week access to a tailor-fit program that includes exercises customized for you. We’ll make sure that your program is suitable for your unique circumstances, the symptoms you need to work through, and that contraindications are clearly stated.
  • The pre-recorded videos are 4K/HD quality. You can watch them on any device, from the comfort of your home.
  • Communication with a health coach via online chat who answers all your questions within 24 hours (excluding weekends), checks in with you every week over these 12 weeks, and is dedicated to your progress and healing.
  • A symptom tracking tool that you update each week. This lets you see your progress over the 12 weeks.
  • A thriving, positive community of women, practitioners, and  health care experts who support and cheer you on.

You have unlimited access to the videos & programs allocated to you for 12 weeks

After these 12 weeks, you are offered unlimited access to our full library of methods so you can keep going with your healing. This unlimited library access  costs 79$ per quarter or 199$ for the whole year.  However, you are not obliged to purchase anything after the 12 weeks. It is completely up to you if you would like to subscribe to continued  support after your 12 weeks. You can cancel anytime.

The No Kegels System is a 12-week commitment. You can pay in 2 ways:
  • 1-time payment of 349.99 USD for the 12-weeks or a no cost monthly plan of 116.99 USD, payable over 3 consecutive months.
  • If you don’t see improvements after 90-days and have actively partaken in the program, we’d be happy to refund your money after a quick chat.
  • We also have a scholarship program if you need financial assistance.
  • You can email too provide information regarding your need for financial assistance. We read and consider every email because we don’t want money to come in the way of good health.
Women who don’t get help or complete answers from their doctors almost have no other choice but to spend hours Googling their conditions and symptoms. During this time, they’re likely feeling lonely, scared, and a bit hopeless. And doing this while raising kids, running a business, taking care of their loved ones and spouses — and trying to keep it all together. It’s not easy or fair. This is a big reason why Filippa Odevall and Mahesh Kumar (wife and husband team) started Women Cycles, which is now MoonRise.

Yes! In the rare case you see almost no improvements after 90 days, after a quick chat to ensure you have actively participated in the program, we will refund your money.

Please write to regarding your financial situation, the budget you have available & your motivation or “why” for wanting to join us. While we cannot guarantee we accept all applications, we promise to reply to every one of them.

You will be asked to fill a set of questions that will be used to build your personalised program. We need to understand the symptoms that are limiting you, your overall mood,  and health status. Our team will use this information to pair you up with a dedicated coach who will work with you throughout the 12 weeks and also co-design the program taking into consideration all your needs. You will always have the ability to modify, redesign, or change your program as we go along. Your program is truly customised to your needs.

If you sign up today, you can get started in the next 2-3 business days. Our NKS students typically begin on the Sunday or Monday after they sign up. Why? This usually gives them enough time to clear their calendars and get ready for the 12-week commitment.

All our solutions are evidence-backed. Please check our science page for references, resources, and useful links.  You can also read real-life stories from women in our community here.

And remember, you have a 90-day money-back guarantee. So, if you are not satisfied by the end of 90 days, we’ll refund every penny of your money.

How Our Pelvic Dysfunction Program Works

How Our Pelvic Dysfunction Program Works

93% of MoonRisers have reported a drastic reduction in symptoms after 12 weeks on our program.

Our programs are based on the education, expertise, and lived experience of practitioners that have been where you are, and:

  • Our training and qualifications ensure we only offer you safe, effective, scientifically-proven methods.
  • Our hands-on practice inform the adjustments and add-ons we make to your individualised program.

We’ve been where you are. Here’s how we guide you
towards good health.

Personalised intake & assessment

To get started, you’ll complete our initial health assessment form with specific questions about the symptoms and conditions you are facing. Your responses help us build your program.

Your customised program begins

Based on your answers in the initial health assessment form, our practitioners design the first half of your 12-week program. You will see it posted on your personal online schedule in 2-3 days.

Daily micro habits for better pelvic floor health

Engage in powerful 10-20 minute sessions with follow-along videos that include clear, guided instructions from your practitioner. When you practice the methods daily and stay consistent, you have a great chance at seeing results, yet they can take time to see.

Progress tracking over 12 weeks

With access to a tracking tool to record how you are feeling each week, we assess changes in symptoms and rate your overall mood. The knowledge and insights gained from this tool become invaluable to your healing progress.

Weekly check-ins to assess how you feel

Once a week you will receive a “check-in” message to reflect on how well your program has worked well. This will help us make adjustments to your plan if needed. The more information you provide, the more we can guide and support you!

Sharing with a compassionate community

Feeling you are not alone is a key part of why our programs are loved. Being able to vent and check-in with women who are exactly where your are is so important to your journey.

We have also just launched hosted group Zoom calls and are working on weekend retreats!

Happy MoonRise Customers:

From the first time I did the apnea exercise, everything started to make sense! I could physically feel it worked!

I got both physical and mental tools and a lot of support from Filippa. I can, from my heart, recommend MoonRise coaching programs!

Feeling progress in week 3 was amazing! Week 7, I would go on the whole week with no symptoms! By week 10, I was symptom-free.

Our program pillars: Working with your mind and body, never against

If you are here, it is likely that you have tried conventional medicine and it didn’t work. The truth is that the human body is a highly sophisticated, self-organizing mechanism and no one method fits all. We believe in multimodal techniques that nurture its natural ability to heal.

The pillars encompass:

New science shows that pelvic floor dysfunction can be traced back to your fascia – the largest connective tissue that runs from head to toe keeping your organs, muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, nerve endings, and blood vessels in their proper position. The fascia transmits information whilst carrying oxygen and nutrients to every cell in your body.

A condition of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD) indicates that your pelvic fascia is scarred and frozen. This means that adhesions or scars in your pelvic fascia create a “dead zone” which either generates a pull in your pelvic organs or causes the nerve endings to stop transmitting information properly to your nervous system. This leads to symptoms such as bulging, heaviness, prolapse, incontinence, or pelvic pain.

The NKS helps you activate your fascia (and myofascial strings) through posture and breath work, decompressing the scarring and creating a flow of oxygen and life back into your pelvic floor again. We explore multiple routes to remedy the condition you face including block therapy, hypopressives, vaginal steaming, reflexology, aromatherapy, massage,  and more.

Our nervous program – in simple terms – consists of the sympathetic and the parasympathetic programs. They are responsible for regulating the body’s unconscious actions. The former is typically associated with stimulations that trigger “fight or flight” response, while the latter is responsible for activities such as sleep, sex, digestion and urination.

Research shows that activating the parasympathetic nervous program has extremely promising benefits. By working with your body’s own healing engine, we can accelerate recovery.

The vagus nerve represents the main component of the parasympathetic nervous program. Activating this helps crucial bodily functions, including control of mood, immune response & more.

~ Dr. Sigrid Breit
Physiotherapist and researcher

The NKS features physical and emotional process methods that not only activate your parasympathetic nervous program but also puts it on autopilot. It facilitates balance through yoga, breathing exercises, visualisations, emotional release, meditations, affirmations and gravity support during times of anxiety, stress or if your symptoms flare up again.

It is our fundamental belief that your mind plays a central role in wellbeing. Growing empirical evidence and peer-reviewed research suggests that this is indeed the case. This literature supports that women who can disconnect their symptoms from their identity and visualise a symptom-free life are the ones who can make it a reality.

If science shows that our thoughts can make us sick, can the opposite be true?

~ Dr. Joe Dispenza

The NKS can have transformative potential when applied with the right guidance. Diet, habit building, bathing routines, sleep support and herbs are some of the many techniques that support a holistic recovery. This category seems to be the difference between women who are completely symptom-free and those with lingering, chronic symptoms.
