Check-Ins & Progress
At least every 3rd week, I check-in on your progress and we connect to see how you are doing and what you need. You can also chat with me anytime during the program – I typically reply in less than 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
Bi-Weekly Community Calls
Every 2nd Monday, we have our community calls where I answer any questions you might have, do joint exercises together & most importantly create space for us to find strength to continue healing
