What is included when you join our community?

Our assessment is thorough to help form a good understanding of what support you need. I record a personal video & reflect with you to make sure I have understood your situation well and give you the opportunity to share more if you wish to do so. This helps us build trust with each other and get clarity on the path forward

You get videos, PDFs and guides to follow from the comfort of your home in your members portal. These videos are typically between 10-20 mins/day and you can consume them anytime & in any device of your convenience.

I unlock more videos in your program once you and I are convinced that you are making good progress and the exercises are safe & effective. You are typically asked to send photos/videos/audios of you doing the exercises so I know you are doing them as intended.

I check-in with you frequently (we can set this frequency together) and send you audio/chat messages to make sure you feel supported. I also send you an email series with inspiring content to make sure you embody the feeling of “you can heal” and don’t give up during those hard days.

I organize live group calls for women who join my program to answer questions, practice together and inspire each other. I also do breakout rooms during these calls to make sure we are intimate yet a dynamic group. We follow Chatham rules so nothing is forbidden to share and nothing leaves the sister circle.

Once you are well into your routine (typically around week 6-8), you get access to a healing library with tons of inspiring content for you to deep dive into. They are courses, audio series, follow along flows and more, done by my peers and other MoonRise practitioners.
