We have 3 different programs/courses.
The first is our Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Program, which is designed for women experiencing symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction – such as prolapse (of any kind), incontinence, heaviness, bulging, low libido, painful sex, etc.
The second is our Diastasis Recti Program that teaches and shows women how to reverse and heal this condition (also known as abdominal separation). Symptoms of this condition include a belly pooch or bulge, inability to engage the core, tenderness in the belly, back pain, constipation, bloating, and more.
Thirdly, we have a Hypopressives Exercise Course. Hypopressives are a combination of physical exercises that involve posture, alignment, and breathing techniques. These exercises address scarred and frozen fascia in the pelvic floor and abdominal wall, which is the root cause of prolapse, incontinence, other PFDs, & Diastasis Recti.
